Form of workOur client is a Tier 1 Insurance company, looking for a Senior Developer to join with their project team. They are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development (70% FE / 30% BE), with expertise in React for the frontend and C# for the backend. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in architecting and implementing scalable, high-performance applications that align with company business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end development process, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Architect and implement scalable and maintainable code for both frontend and backend systems.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.
- Develop server-side logic using C# and integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, with a focus on React and C# technologies with 8-10 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in frontend development using React, including state management and component lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of server-side development using C# and the .NET framework.
- Experience with database design and integration, preferably with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
