The Opportunity
As the Senior Development Planner, you will play a crucial role providing high quality an efficient service to both the development industry and community, ensuring compliance with Council’s statutory and regulatory obligations in the realm of Development Assessment.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Planning or related discipline and demonstrated experience of NSW planning legislation and zoning regulations, land use policies and environmental planning principles.
To succeed in the role, you will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to prioritise project and manage multiple projects while working under pressure to meet deadlines..
