About the roleThis position is responsible for the provision of clinical nutrition service consistent with best practice and evidence-based practice to children, adolescent and their families/carers in the CAMHS Inpatient Unit. This service includes early intervention and prevention in addition to assisting the Infant, Child, Youth and Family (ICYF) Inpatient Team with assessment, diagnosis and implementation of a comprehensive treatment plan for our target population with nutrition related problems.
As a Level 3 Dietitian, the position will provide consultation and supervision to other Dietitians and team members in addition to providing clinical coverage to adult patients on the long stay mental health rehabilitation wards as required.
The Nutrition and Dietetics Department is a diverse and progressive team with a strong focus on providing high quality, research based nutrition care to patients residing in Orange and the surrounding area.
