As the Senior Digital Data Analyst, you will evaluate and implement new technologies, handle a mix of data analysis and data science activities and translate insights into strategic recommendations to optimise digital operations and customer experiences.
We are looking for someone adaptable to work within dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional collaborative settings and you like taking on exciting new challenges. You are curious about AI and like to challenge the status quo when it comes to thinking about data.
Your day in the life of a Senior Digital Data Analyst:
Mentoring Data Analysts; you are someone who has a passion for learning and developing the skills and knowledge of others
Query and question Digital Data and present your findings in a clear and understandable language
Derive insights on customer benefits, sales impact, and operational efficiencies
Translate sophisticated business questions into tangible outcomes; review and analyse complex data to understand how customer behaviour, product changes and adjustments to digital assets impact the Consumer business
Prioritise, define and implement tracking solutions across digital assets, ensuring all critical aspects of sales and service customer journeys are captured
Deliver findings back to the senior business partners to drive decision-making and contribute to the overall chapter delivery with meaningful business insights
Why you are our next Senior Digital Analyst:
Qualifications and training in a quantitative field is desirable, however it isn't mandatory (e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Statistics)
Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Sales or Digital Service would be beneficial
Proficiency in analytical techniques SQL &/or SAS coding skills, complimented with advanced Excel, communication and presentation skills
Understanding of data structures, data extraction and experience in a digital implementation environment is advantageous
