As our Senior Digital Marketing Automation Specialist you will be using your expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products, to drive our Martech innovation, process improvements, and capability enhancements.
You will become a key player in our award-winning Digital Marketing team, leveraging Adobe Digital Marketing technology to drive innovative campaigns and experiences.
Your role will be to collaborate with Customer Squads and key stakeholders to optimise customer journey flows and develop solutions for seamless experiences.
What you’ll bring
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), coupled with a deep understanding of business and marketing
- Strong experience creating automated journeys and campaigns using Adobe tools
- Proven ability to align briefs, deadlines, and quality
- Deep analysis skills across emails and content (e.g., AB Testing, Dynamic content, Journey splits) to enhance communication effectiveness and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
- Hands on ability to develop, adjust, and refine campaigns, aiming to enhance ROI, response rates, reputation scores, and contact deliverability through post-campaign analysis.
- Experience in evaluating CRM campaign effectiveness for key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and optimization of campaigns.
