We are seeking a Senior Director of Social Media at Foundation Marketing to spearhead our Social Media-centric marketing strategies in the B2B SaaS space. This remote role is perfect for a visionary leader passionate about utilizing Social Media to transform brand engagement and drive business growth.

As the Senior Director of Social Media, you will lead a team dedicated to developing sophisticated Social Media strategies that resonate with B2B audiences, promote brand awareness, and generate leads. You'll provide strategic guidance to our clients, helping them to master their Social Media presence and align it with their overall marketing objectives.

• Craft and execute innovative Social Media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to target B2B audiences effectively.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content that is platform-specific, driving interactions and fostering a strong brand connection.
• Build and maintain robust client relationships by delivering consistent, measurable results that align with their business goals.
• Analyze Social Media campaign performance using advanced tools, adjusting strategies based on insights to maximize engagement and ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure Social Media strategies are fully integrated with the broader digital marketing strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio and explore new business potentials through strategic Social Media marketing.
• Work remotely with a network of talented professionals, facilitating personal and professional growth within the organization.
• Take the lead on high-impact projects and initiatives, shaping the Social Media strategy for a top-tier B2B SaaS provider.
• Drive the development and execution of pioneering Social Media marketing strategies that set industry benchmarks.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a significant emphasis on Social Media strategy and digital marketing in the B2B sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or Social Media highly beneficial.
• Proven success in developing and implementing comprehensive Social Media strategies that deliver effective results.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Social Media analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of managing a team to achieve and exceed set goals.
• Expertise in client management, adept at nurturing strategic relationships and delivering high-impact Social Media solutions.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
