Sounds like YOU? This is a fabulous opportunity to join the lively, expanding COFFEE INDUSTRY where the pace is rewarding and the days fly by. Close to transport and Alexandria / Mascot, there is also a parking facility nearby at $7 per day. Ideally located in modern offices, our client is a leader in the provision of semi-automatic coffee machines, and supplies hotel and hospitality chains nationally, amongst others. Once sold, coffee machines of this calibre need maintaining and servicing. That's where YOU come in! Then there is the booking of installation for new machines.
You MUST have previous experience (3 yrs plus) in the allocation of service calls to a team of technicians. An SLA is familiar to you already (Service Level Agreement). Ideally you have worked in the hospitality / food services industry. As you will know, if this IS your background, the building of rapport and reciprocal relationships with your team of technicians is vital to ensuring that there is a happy customer at the end of the service process. You will interact with sales, clients and tech teams, and be a focal point of service delivery.
You will see the ‘service ticket’ through from A to Z in a well-established process, monitoring and closing the call. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team of 6, ensuring the wheels turn smoothly and the coffee continues to flow for our ever-expanding appetites for good coffee in Australia!
