Role Summary:
The Digital & Technology Senior Quality Assurance & Process Analyst role is an opportunity in our Delivery Assurance Team based at our Perth Forrest Centre site.
Within this role you will be accountable for developing, enhancing and maintain processes, workflows, reports and templates to best support the delivery of the D&T portfolio and improve the quality of D&T Assurance services and processes to the Business.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Establish BU and D&T stakeholder engagement to identify, develop and maintain processes, workflows, reports (including BI Reports) and templates to support the delivery of the D&T portfolio.
- Establish portfolio standardisation and alignment (budget, scope, timeline, benefit, and reporting).
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement across D&T delivery portfolio to increase maturity.
- Lead the efforts to ensure Game Plan alignment and OKR tracking across D&T, reporting on progress and providing support as needed.
- Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Information Processing, or a Business-related discipline is preferrable.
- Strong expertise and experience in IT delivery processes, project delivery, finance controls, problem management, and analysis, as well as business management support and controls.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent knowledge of Project delivery disciplines and processes
- Experienced with Power Bi Reports and SAP Finance and Procurement Systems
