The department is seeking to establish an arrangement with a Supplier/s to provide experienced and highly skilled Dynamics 365 expertise that will enable IT branch to achieve its project deliverables.
Junior Dynamics 365 Developer
You will be responsible for:
• provide both technical and functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365,
• set-up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution
• continuously improve release and deployment process and automation, manage code branches and deployments
• support release management and planning,
• design and develop modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, unit testing, deployment and writing technical documentation,
• plan and support system and acceptance testing,
• proactively solve business issues and manage stakeholder expectations

Senior Dynamics 365 Developer
Qualifications and experience
• Proven experience in leading MS Dynamics 365 technical specialists in complex enterprise environments
• Advanced MS Dynamics 365 development (C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL) and deployment experience
• Advanced skills in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Extensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution design experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in resolving complex client and stakeholder related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
• Experience in ITIL service management
• A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering or other relevant degree is desirable
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications MB-230, MB-400 and MB-600 are highly desirable.
