The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to join the team on a contract basis. This opportunity is with an organisation who are committed to ethical practices and having a postitive impact. They are growing fast and are continuously investing in technology; this role will be focused on adding value to an implementation of Dynamcis 365 by rolling it out across addtional business areas as well as delivering optimisation. This is a technical role that will drive designing, building, testing and technical solutions within CRM Dynamics as well as managing stakeholder and vendor relationships.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, with at least 5 years in a developer role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and its interaction with other integrated systems.
• Expertise in CRM workflows, UI, customizations, and configuration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience in optimising and troubleshooting CRM performance issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Remediation of Existing Defects: Identify, diagnose, and rectify any existing issues within the Dynamics CRM system, ensuring a seamless and error-free user experience.
2. Addressing Functional Gaps: Analyse the current CRM setup and implement solutions to fill any functional gaps, enhancing overall system performance.
3. Workflow Efficiency Improvement: Revamp existing workflows within the Dynamics CRM to boost efficiency, automating processes where possible to streamline operations.
4. Optimizing Usability of External Systems: Enhance the integration and usability of external systems with the Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring smooth data flow and user interaction.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
