Senior eCommerce Manager

The Role: 
Reporting into and working closely with the Head of Digital & eCommerce, this role will have ownership of all aspects of the online sales channels, driving revenue growth, optimising user experience, and enhancing customer engagement for this beautiful, Designer Fashion brand. 
You will have huge involvement in strategic development, for both the ANZ market and international platforms, driving online performance, growth & brand presence, as well as working super closely to Retail teams. 

Essential Skills: 

• Extensive experience within eCommerce trading for large-scale platforms, with a strong track record in delivering YoY growth
• Strong background with managing, developing & delivering end to end CRO strategies 
• Solid people leadership experience, mentoring and leading high performing teams across all aspects of Digital 
• Experience within Premium Retail or Luxury Designer Fashion would be highly advantageous 
• A very collaborative working-style and omni-channel focus, working super closely with Retail Teams 
• Extensive trade reporting experience, in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics & presenting key trends & insights into SLT
