We are proud of the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build and are now recruiting for a Senior Supervisor with an Electrical background to be part of our team and ongoing success.
Your role:
Assist with project mobilisation and readiness activities.
Support resource management and coordination with respect to people, plant, and equipment.
Effectively lead, coach and support a team of electricians, as well as multi-trade subcontractors.
Assist with installation works on site.
Interface and work closely with our project engineers to ensure overall project progress, quality, and safety.
Drive a culture of safety excellence centred on self and others.
Lead and effectively manage client engagement and key stakeholder relationships.
Your background:
Electrical background, and proven experience of supervising teams of 6+, in complex, multi-supervisor teams.
Demonstrated experience ideally with near shore marine infrastructure, earthworks, or other infrastructure related projects.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
