ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for a Senior Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team within our project division. You will be responsible for ensuring all project works are planned and executed safely, and effectively.
You will play a key role in providing strong team leadership driving workforce engagement, performance, productivity, and alignment with Warrikal’s values and culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team and managing contractors within the resource industry.
- Internal development of up and coming team members.
- Develop construction methodologies, reviews requirements, and provides input to scheduling.
- Sets up site, issues work packs, and manage daily documentation.
- Lead prestart meetings, plans works, debriefs team, identifies delays, coordinate work.
- Signs off work packs, creates punch lists, reviews ITRs, ensures rework is captured, follows isolation procedures.
- Strong knowledge of, Australian standards, regulations, mining procedures and regulations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organise work to meet the projects requirements and promote productivity.
Qualifications/licence and Clearances:
- EC Licence holder or have held an in house nominee licence within the past 24 months.
- WA A Grade license.
- Construction White Card
- Provide First Aid (LVR/CPR within one year);
- Valid WA C class driver’s license.
