15th January, 2024 Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in power electronics, PCB design, and analog/digital circuitry? Join a dynamic team in Melbourne as a Team Lead, where you'll play a crucial role in driving innovation and overseeing the development of cutting-edge electronic systems.The role would be around 70-80% management for a small Hardware Team, as well as some hands-on development. The role would be well-suited to a well-rounded Electronics Engineer, working across power electronics, PCB design, analog & digital design.Knowledge of manufacturing or firmware is also a bonus, but not essential to the role. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a small team of skilled Electronics Engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Technical Expertise: Bring your experience in power electronics, PCB design, and analog/digital circuit design to guide the team in developing high-quality, reliable electronic systems. Research and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Electronics Engineering to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Skills Required: Strong leadership or project management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proven experience in power electronics, PCB design, analog/digital circuit design. Well-suited to an all-rounder in electronic hardware. Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Relevant degree qualification. You must have working rights in Australia and be based in Melbourne for the position.
