We are seeking an experienced Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives targeting SME customers and expanding to mid-market, government, enterprise, key verticals, and prospects.
This role involves targeting senior decision-makers, collaborating with sales teams, utilising data and analytics, and crafting personalised campaigns to drive revenue and customer retention. If you're passionate about impactful marketing, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective account-based marketing strategies to engage and convert SME customers, with a roadmap to expand initiatives to mid-market, government, enterprise, key verticals, and prospects.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify target accounts, create personalised campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Utilise our marketing automation platform Hubspot to segment and target specific accounts with personalised content.
- Implement and optimise account-based marketing content, including emails and webinars tailored to the unique needs of each target segment.
- A/B test and optimise email campaigns for performance and engagement.
- Continuously analyse and report on the performance of account-based marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience across all marketing touchpoints
More About You
As the successful candidate you will display the following attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account-based marketing or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Experience in expanding marketing strategies to diverse customer segments is a plus
