About the role
Drive Email Marketing at Red Cross enabling a program of targeted, personalised and optimised email communication to external customers.
Working closely with the Digital Automation Manager, you will leverage brand new, fully integrated mar-tech (CRM, CDP and MA) to plan, create, set-up and send Email Marketing campaigns including automated customer journeys to achieve business goals.
You will monitor, analyse and elevate email campaigns and email channel performance, driving strong engagement metrics and revenue growth, with a continuous cycle of test & learn - improving supporter engagement, revenue generation and customer experience.
You will collaborate on the Email Marketing strategy and execution with a variety of teams who are responsible for multi-channel acquisition, revenue, engagement, and loyalty campaigns.
What you will bringSubstantial working experience in enterprise email and/or Email Marketing automation platforms
An understanding of all facets of Email Marketing, from list health and deliverability through to set-up, implementation of content into email templates as well as automation
Sound experience managing a high-volume of digital deliverables as part of integrated marketing campaigns for consumer audiences
Results-driven with exceptional attention to detail
Knowledge around digital and Email Marketing metrics
Sound understanding of A/B testing and ROI analysis
Proven ability to interpret data to drive growth and improvements to digital marketing programs
Able to manage multiple projects, respond well under pressure and prioritise needs within short time frames
