About the role:

 

Are you a communication professional seeking a pivotal role in contributing to organisational culture and engagement? Origin invites you to step into the role of Senior Employee Communication Specialist, a position at the nexus of strategic communication and organisational advocacy. You'll be part of a fun and high performing team and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid role in our vibrant Sydney CBD office.

Your responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Collaborating with team members and leaders to create, coordinate, and deliver communication plans across multiple portfolios. 

  • Craft concise and compelling content that is tailored to various platforms and illustrates Origin’s purpose and values. 

  • Lead the execution of communication tactics, from event coordination to digital campaign management. 

  • Employ data-driven insights to evaluate the efficacy of communication efforts and refine strategies.
