About the role:
Are you a communication professional seeking a pivotal role in contributing to organisational culture and engagement? Origin invites you to step into the role of Senior Employee Communication Specialist, a position at the nexus of strategic communication and organisational advocacy. You will deliver integrated Employee Communication plans and content that engages and inspires our people to deliver on Origin’s strategy to lead the energy transition. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with team members and leaders to create, coordinate, and deliver communication plans across multiple portfolios.
Craft concise and compelling content that is tailored to various platforms and illustrates Origin’s purpose and values.
Lead the execution of communication tactics, from event coordination to digital campaign management.
Employ data-driven insights to evaluate the efficacy of communication efforts and refine strategies.
