Great opportunity to join a Market Leading Engineering business in the Preston area specialising in the Mining industry. This well-established company has a strong, stable history in Drilling /Tooling for the Mining Sector and has plants Nationally.

They are looking for a Senior Engineer with a Mechanical discipline to help develop and implement projects. 

This role will involve various tasks such as innovation and problem-solving at all levels, Developing, scoping, planning and managing new projects from concept to product, and Reviewing current drawings, programs and production methodology, including QC.

You will work for many industries with a large amount from the Mining sector.

This is a perm full-time position. Medical and police checks are involved. 

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS

• Mechanical Engineer Qualifications
• Experience with project work
• Proven ability to work autonomously
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
