Skill Requirements

As a Solutions Architect, you will have the chance to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the development of solutions aligned with our customers goals. The focus of this role is to provide end-to-end solutions seeing them through from design to implementation.
Key responsibilities:-
- Work with clients technical and business stakeholders to review and design future technology states that align with their tactical and strategic ICT roadmaps.
- Design and configure cloud infrastructure components such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Entra ID & Conditional Access, SharePoint Online, Active Directory and Microsoft Defender.
- Plan, design and implement new Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including the migration of server infrastructure from On-premise or other cloud providers.
- Assess new and existing customer environments, identifying optimisations in Security and configuration in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Produce as-built documentation, implementation plans and adoption materials.
- Drive the technical qualification, scoping, estimation, design and architecture of new or existing opportunities and projects working with the sales and delivery teams to ensure that they meet the business requirements, are well architected, cost effective and deliverable.
- Provide professional advice and mentoring other team members.
- Perform appropriate research and development to be able to perform the activities of your role.
Key requirements:-
- Excellent Microsoft platform expertise including but not limited to Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, Intune, hybrid on-premise and cloud / Azure based solutions.
- Solid background with Wintel and virtualisation and enterprise storage solutions including but not limited to VMware and Hyper-V, enterprise backup solutions, data / image replication etc…
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, implementations
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Layer 3 switching, VLANs, Routing, Firewall Security, Wireless etc…
- Familiarity with enterprise network, wireless, server and storage hardware platforms including but not limited to HPE, EMC/Dell, Cisco, Ruckus, Lenovo, Aruba etc…
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in relation to documentation.
- Diligent administrative skills are mandatory.
- Care Services (Aged / Community / Disability), Healthcare, Agriculture, Supply Chain experience preferred.
- Microsoft PowerApps and SharePoint experience preferred
- Mobile Device Management experience preferred
- Data Integration capability preferred
- Web technology experience preferred
