You will lead and manage a team that delivers automation of services and processes provided by the platform, as well as the 24x7 operation of the systems provided by the squad.
You will lead teams that work with diverse range of modern technology that enables them to deliver seamless and unrivalled customer experience. You will manage a high-performing engineering team that delivers solutions at scale!
We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office. We are seeking people who are:
- Experienced in building robust software solutions at scale
- Passionate about leading a high-performing team with an Agility mindset
- Ready to design, build and operate operational practices, driving high quality outcomes to solve core business objectives and minimise risks
- Good communicators able to communicate with all levels, technical engineers through to senior management
- Capable to create and document technical solutions and designs at scale
- Creative thinkers, able to think outside the box to solve complex problems
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks, which means our people managers are technology leaders that will lead, manage, empower and inspire a diverse group of engineering teams.
We do not expect you to have managed teams working with all of these, but having significant experience and exposure in some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this role.
- Designing and building software
- Team management and direct people management
- IT infra and management (servers, databases, storage, backups)
- Knowledge of logging, monitoring and reporting (Splunk, SCOM, PowerBI)
- Experience with building and maintaining deployment pipelines
