Senior Environmental Planner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Environmental Planner to join our team and contribute to the development of environmentally sound policies and projects that align with the goals of our community.
The Position:
As part of Parks and Open Spaces Strategic Planning Team, the Senior Environmental Planner is responsible for providing technical advice and contributing to the development of long term (strategic) planning of natural environment related assets.
Under limited direction, the Senior Environmental Planner will contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures and processes to deliver high standards of long term (strategic) planning in line with agreed levels of service.
To be eligible for this position you will hold a Qualification in a related field such as Environmental Science or Natural Resource Management accompanied with experience in long-term (strategic) planning of natural environment related assets.
