Your role
Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will be joining a high preforming team.
You will review designs and plans at various stages of development, engage with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are in line with time, quality and cost outcomes required by the client.
About you
With a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline, you will have a proven track record in successfully estimating major fitout/refurbishment projects whilst working in a fast paced, evolving environment.
In this stakeholder facing role you will have the ability to develop relationships at all levels, negotiate with sub-contractors and drive commercial outcomes.

Salary: $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
