Job Description:We're currently looking for a
Senior Estimator to join our strategic development team in a national role. In this role you will work closely with our operational and commercial teams to develop a data led, systems based approach to estimating long term road, tunnels and ITS maintenance contracts including project work.
What you'll bring- Tertiary level Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or transferable industry experience
- Detailed understanding of working in intense maintenance closure environments working on critical, high productivity assets
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of estimating software such as (Expert Estimator and/ or Candy) as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- The ability to develop a clear understanding of client specific standards for incorporation into tender submissions
- Commercial skills and understanding of financial administration and project costing
