We are currently seeking a motivated, experienced and talented Senior Estimator (Scaffolding) to join the business at our Malaga office. This role will be supporting the city/metropolitan scaffolding operations and reporting to the Operations Manager, with a dotted line to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities include;
- Be the focal point for incoming tenders for metropolitan scaffolding projects (commercial building and industrial projects).
- Attend site tender briefings and act on behalf of Eire Total Access to ensure the best our comes for our business and the clients.
- Where required, assist the operational site teams with pricing contract variation works.
- Liaise with clients and internal personnel to ensure all tender requirements and submissions made by the required deadline.
- Complete basic scope drawings and bill of materials for small projects and variations.
- Managing and developing client relationships.
- Liaise with Eire Total Access HSE management to implement, report and improve health and safety initiatives.
- Attend client meetings as and when required.
- Manage all administration aspects of this role.
- Conduct business development activities with existing and new clients.
- Liaise when all suppliers and subcontractors as required to conduct this role.
You will also be required to have the following qualifications and experience;
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Formal qualifications in contract management, quantity surveying or project management.
- Experience working within the scaffolding industry.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Extensive experience in the construction, building, mining, oil and gas sectors.
