Your responsibilities will extend to enhancing on-site operations through the promotion of best practices and the development of streamlined processes. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining property safety by fostering adherence to health and safety regulations.

Role Overview:
- Lead the management of daily client activities across the facilities.
- Implement and oversee various building procedures and performance measures.
- Monitor and uphold adherence to health and safety standards.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, proactively ensuring expectations are met.
- Take ownership of site budgets, accounting, and financial operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement processes and delivery of quality services within budget constraints.
- Support the growth and development of team members through training and coaching initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative culture focused on cooperation and performance excellence.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Ideally 5 years of experience as a Facilities Manager in the commercial/retail industry.
- Tertiary qualifications/Trades experience - highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of occupational safety principles.
- Proficient in contract management and budgeting.
- Exceptional communication skills with a keen ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Highly analytical mindset with a proactive approach to seeking improvement opportunities.
- Skilled in resolving complex issues.
- Goal-oriented individual dedicated to fostering a productive and collaborative team environment.
