The Opportunity
- Work on an A-Grade, premium asset in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.
- Managing tenancy and base build defects
- Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the building
- Risk management compliance and sustainability initiatives
- Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management.
- Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting.

About you
- Demonstrated (technical) Facilities Management – experience on premium commercial assets
- A Trade background with the ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Previous facilities experience with in a new build environment, DLP experience preferable
- A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural
- The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
