Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties (No out of office required)
- Handle inquiries from rental providers and renters.
- Prepare listing presentations, marketing materials, and property advertisements.
- Facilitate property showings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing transactions, including renters and client information.
- Utilise property management software and CRM systems to track leads, prospects, and property listings.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections, collect security deposits, and facilitate lease signings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and competitive pricing strategies.
- Resources include support teams such as leasing, virtual assistants, administration, BDM, Management and Human Resources.
Experience & attributes:
- Must have experience in Residential Property Management.
- Victorian Agents Representative certificate and current police certificate.
- Exceptional organisational & time management skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills & a relatable manner.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly & take ownership.
- Resilience & efficiency when under pressure.
