Senior Facilities Manager

This niche investment business is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager. Immediate start ideally. 

Reporting to Senior Management, the primary responsibility is manage the facilities management services for all assets in the direct property portfolio. This includes managing multiple projects including CAPEX projects, tenant make goods and refurbishment projects and act as the key point of contact for facilities management services with suppliers, contractors, building managers, tenants, authorities and the like.

In addition, continuously improve the performance of facilities management within the business including procedures, systems, compliance, achieving operational cost savings and property value improvements.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build good relationships both within and outside the organisation. 

Ideally relevant qualifications, with demonstrated experience in Senior Facilities management, working with a faced paced environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work as part of team and also independently. Strong computer literacy is also required.
