- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $139,787 to $161,663 + super
Greater Sydney Parklands (GSP) is a city-wide agency created to become Sydney’s leading urban parks advocate. In partnership with communities and governments, it will plan for and expand great open spaces and parklands and champion the NSW Government’s new 50 Year Vision for Sydney’s Open Space and Parklands.
Greater Sydney Parklands currently brings together five iconic parks across Sydney: Centennial Parklands, Parramatta Park, Western Sydney Parklands, Callan Park and Fernhill Estate.
Made up of collaborative, creative and committed people, Greater Sydney Parklands is looking for a Senior Property Portfolio Manager to lead the Property Portfolio management services for GSP. The role will manage a diverse portfolio of assets and develop property strategies, plans and budgets to activate the parklands and maximise returns to GSP.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated, flexible and dynamic team together with the opportunity to be a key contributor in positioning Greater Sydney Parklands as leaders in park, venue and precinct management. You will be joining a team that facilitates quality leisure and event facilities within a natural and cultural heritage environment, whilst being provided career development and advancement opportunities.
About You
You are an exceptional communicator, responsive with a customer centric mindset. You will have an eye for detail that will ensure our properties are effectively managed in a collaborative approach with our service partner.
You will see the bigger picture and have a proven track record in delivering innovative approaches to the delivery of commercial and tourism property outcomes. You will have delivered leasing strategies by undertaking market engagements, tender preparation, tender assessments and financial negotiations at a senior level.
Essential Requirements –
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in property development, asset and/or project management and leasing.
- Current Driver’s Licence
