Senior Facility Manager
Summary
To support the National Services Manager working in partnership with Suncorp Group Real Estate, to deliver overall Contract Operational Excellence within the Suncorp property portfolio. The Senior Facilities Manager will operate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Technical Facilities Management including Critical Space and Project Integration. The Senior Facilities Manager will integrate closely with Projects, Facilities Managers/Site Leads, acting as direct Technical SME support for the National Services Manager, with our Cushman & Wakefield colleagues / Shared Service Providers in Finance, Leasing, Environmental Sustainability, Workplace, Asset Management and the Facilities Helpdesk.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Implement the technical facilities management service, across a national portfolio consisting of commercial, retail and industrial sites
Manage multiple sites technical operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to the client's business operations
Responsibility for health, safety, environmental and statutory compliance for the designated portfolio
Conduct and document stakeholder meetings including client, customer, peers and third parties
Support delivery of ongoing performance and compliance reporting to all stakeholders, following contract and corporate obligations
Support management of Account contract governance in relation to critical infrastructure
Support to ensure that all compliance requirements in accordance to standards are met
SME support to Identify and advise on strategies to minimise commercial risk and operate consistent with the legal, regulatory and governance environment of Suncorp including HSSEQ and the environment
SME report writing, process building, protocol implementation, including progress reports, investigations, business cases, support strategy proposals, issue analysis, analytics, performance management
Assist with internal and external audits as required and develop an audit regime that will ensure the quality of delivery and meeting expectations across technical operational services
Manage, conduct and report on property condition audits in line with the annual program
Manage and control budget and cost expenditure for technical facilities management operations for the designated portfolio
Designated vendor relationship and contract management and performance.
Manage vendor engagement through the Helpdesk (CxC), purchase orders ensuring compliance with financial procedures for timely and appropriate payment
Articulate and live the Cushman & Wakefield culture, set an example by modelling the required behaviours and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behaviour which is inconsistent with agreed standards

Represent Cushman & Wakefield and Suncorp Group Real Estate professionally, accurately and consistently. Attend regular team, partner and stakeholder meetings with 'Service Excellence' always in mind
Comply with all Cushman & Wakefield systems used to meet health and safety obligations
Key Deliverables
Develop and manage lifecycle replacement schedules and budgeting including regular revisions and updating of asset lists
Supporting workorder data analysis and reporting
Vendor performance management utilising data trends to ensure SLA's and KPI's are met
Project integration: Develop and manage seamless relationship and processes between project teams and site leads with focus on communication, innovation, scheduling and cost efficiencies
Development of technical documentation to support Suncorp RE strategies
Identify and deliver process improvement and innovation
Develop/improve the delivery of asset management on a holistic, life cycle assessment basis that enables formulation of budgets, monitoring and analysis to optimally direct investment
Routine interstate travel will be a part of this position's requirements

Experience, Qualifications & Technical Skills
Ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, self-motivated and flexible, articulate, curious willing and capable of questioning the status quo, along with:
Minimum 5 years managing national, multi-faceted site portfolio
Strong technical knowledge - electrical, mechanical or engineering background preferred
Strong communication capability - verbal and written
Knowledge in one of the major core areas, facility management or corporate real estate
Strong administration and PC skills (word, excel)
Strong contractor management experience
Tertiary qualifications an advantage
Stakeholder management experience
