Senior Financial Accountant

This leading international financial services business is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Accountant to join their Group Finance team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial consolidation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.
• Lead the translation and reconciliation of financial statements of foreign subsidiaries, enhancing the integrity of financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and consultants, to ensure timely and accurate financial disclosures.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and financial data quality.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A finance professional with at least five years of experience in accounting and finance within a commercial environment, ideally with exposure to large corporate structures.
• Qualifications such as CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commercial focus.
• Someone who values integrity, resilience, and continuous improvement.
