SalaryOur client is a well established business located in Fortitude Valley that has been in operation for over 20 years. They provide a comprehensive service to their clients including accounting, business advisory and personal financial advice.
Due to growth, the financial planning team is looking to bring on a Senior Associate Adviser or Junior Financial Adviser. This opportunity is perfect for someone who has completed their studies and Professional Year, and is looking to begin their career in advice.

- Progress to being the lead adviser on your own book of clients
- Manage a book of clients alongside a senior Financial Adviser
- Attend client meetings with senior adviser
- Develop strategy recommendations
- Handle the day to day client management
- Liaise with internal paraplanning and admin support
- Assist with projections/plan writing when needed
- Develop your client management skills and progress to handling new client leads and managing your own book
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a paraplanning or associate adviser position
- Completed FASEA required studies and Professional Year (if required) - ready to be authorised
- Experience attending client meetings
- Strong knowledge of financial planning practices and regulations
- Exposure to holistic financial advice
- Excellent communication skills
