Based in our head office in Perth, the Senior Business Analyst, FP&A, will play an important role in preparing monthly management reporting, financial forecasting, annual budgeting and Board and C-suite reporting of the Group. The role will involve supporting the FP&A function through a focus on process improvement and relationship management/business partnering across the group and will require a results-driven mindset to engage diverse stakeholders.
In This Role You Will
- Support the Group financial forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Provide ongoing analysis of actual performance against budget/forecast and support various scenario analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of Group management reports for the Board and C-Suite, offering comprehensive business performance insights.
- Assist in the implementation of FP&A reporting software, process improvements and ensure aligned with business objectives.
What you will bring;
The successful candidate will be CA Qualified with several years of experience operating in a similar role within a complex corporate environment or a Big 4/Mid-Tier chartered accounting firm. Furthermore, you’ll have a strong analytical background, excellent excel modeling skills and preferably have experience using an FP&A reporting software tool. The successful candidate will have the confidence to communicate to all levels of business, both locally and internationally.
