About the Role:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Finance Controller will assist and innovate the payroll / accounting direction and support a results driven culture across the Mumpara Group, while providing high level bookkeeping and financial accounting support across the group.
The role of the Senior Finance Controller involves providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders of the business.
About You:
Assisting in the daily operations of an accounting/financial unit, you will be responsible for payroll and other financial / accounting duties to accurately fulfil operational functions in a timely and professional manner in compliance with rules and regulations.
To be highly successful in the role, you will possess;
- 2 -5 yrs experience in a similar role; ideally within a Labour Hire environment
- A thorough understanding of employment awards and agreements
- Proficiency in both FastTrack360 and Xero
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of MS Office and Teams
- Great computational ability
- Attention to detail
