Job Description
The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Partner will be responsible for-
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Internal management reporting and performance monitoring for assigned groups
- Research and Capital planning for business cases
- Provide analytical reporting support to a variety of stakeholders
- Establish and manage financial plans and budgets
- Management of Government grants, budget, allocations and reporting
- Transformation projects and accounting treatment of change
- Lead on financial, accounting and strategic change to support the core business in decision making
The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Partner will need to meet the following requirements-
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Experience working with a large complex organisation
- Ideally experience across the Education sector, but not essential
- Experience using Workday would be beneficial
- Significant experience in management accounting
- A proven track record solving complex/strategic issues using a innovative approach
- Experienced in financial report preparation and analysing complex data
- High level of experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders, presenting back data and able to adapt to different challenges
The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Partner role is paying $115,000- $120,000 base + 17% super. The business offer flexible working and the company offices are located in Melbourne.
