As Senior Manager – FP&A, you will lead a team of 12 direct and indirect reports to provide internal stakeholders with high-quality financial analysis and accurate and timely visibility of the organisation’s financial performance.
You will be responsible for all financial and management reporting and play a lead role in planning the organisation’s budget and forecast processes and together with your team, build our financial management capability via a business partnering model.
You will also be accountable for financial due diligence processes, including financial and risk analysis, modelling, and recommendations for major projects, strategic growth initiatives and tenders.

Your team of motivated Business Partners and Analysts are geographically dispersed, although most head into our Lonsdale Street office 2 or 3 days per week.
You will have autonomy and ownership of the FP&A team and their core activities. Your customer group is the Exec team so it’s a great opportunity to influence and support robust financial decision-making and promote accountability.

About youYou are an experienced financial leader with strong commercial acumen and experience in fast-paced, results-driven organisations. You have proven capabilities in relationship-building and influence and you are collaborative by nature.
You’ll also bring with you:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, CPA / CA accreditation or equivalent such as CIMA accreditation
- Experience working with complex funding models (ideally Government funders) in a highly compliant environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial accounting principles and standards including management and statutory reporting
- Experience in treasury management including securing external debt, evaluation and management preferred.
We have a strong growth agenda in our Housing and Property Division, so exposure or experience in this area would build our bench strength and give you a strong head start in the role. We are also committed to new and better ways of working so any process improvement experience would also be put to good use in this role.
