Senior Fp&A Analyst / Fbp (Marketing)

The Role
Reporting into the Head of FP&A with a close working relationship with the Senior Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving a first class FP&A function for a large FMCG icon.You will play a supporting role in transformational change of the organisation and finance function, managing business performance, ensuring high quality information to support key decision marking, and delivering on ambitious growth targets. You will also challenge the status quo by identifying and executing on opportunities for greater efficiency and quality of management information. in conjunction to this, you will be part of the commercial finance team and business partner with the brand marketing team. You will play an integral part in global initiatives such as new product development and sales tracking.Key tasks will include:

• Developing and leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Partner with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure strategic and commercial alignment
• Consolidating results to provide commercial insights and visibility into trading performance
• Evolving existing reporting frameworks and dashboards - both operational and financial performance
• Identifying areas for process improvement and executing accordingly
• Becoming the go-to financial support for Global Brands team for modelling of project financials and financials
• Coordinating global summary of NPD performance & driving actions to deliver risks & opportunities

Ideal Candidate
You are CA/CPA qualified, with a depth of experience from the Big 4/Mid-Tier realm and/or from a large complex commercial business. You have the credibility and presence to provide leadership to a team and engage extensively with non-financial stakeholders, while also being able to work independently and objectively. You have outstanding analytical and planning skills, and well-developed commercial acumen.The Organisation
