About The Role:
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in contributing to the design and architecture of their pioneering greenfield project. This role is pivotal, requiring a blend of technical prowess and creative thinking to develop both the front and back ends of their applications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Manager, Designer, Delivery, Manager, Technical Lead, and engineering peers to develop and refine product features, ensuring their solutions meet high standards of quality and user experience, and contribute to the decision-making process
- Generative AI Orchestration: Contribute to the design and implementation of Generative AI Networks (GAINs), custom API’s and RAG
- Architecture Design: Contribute and lead the design and development of new architectures and greenfield projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Data Expertise: Build and maintain a robust data ecosystem which includes ingestion, data lakes, analytics, and machine learning
- Front-End Design: Contribute to the design and implementation of user interface component library & API
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks to project timelines and quality, focusing on incremental delivery to ensure project success
- Mentorship: Guide and support less experienced peers, fostering a culture of professional development and continuous learning within the team
- Effective Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication across the team, facilitating collaboration and efficient problem-solving
About You:
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong experience in Python & Typescript and familiarity in ETL and data normalisation
- Works well with a team and can lead and mentor teammates
- Curious in nature and have started research and working with AI and Generative AI
- Exposure to Microsoft tech stack – TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, Python, C#, .Net, SQL, Azure
- Has had start-up experience or has experience working in a fast paced work culture
- Track record in greenfield projects, particularly in crafting application architecture
- Experience in building products
- Knowledge of caching strategies, database optimization, and cloud computing solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
