From intimate fine dining to remote tourism-based festivals, we're dedicated to delivering exquisite food and impeccable service.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the setup, pack down and execution of offsite events according to client specifications and company standards.
- Monitor event timelines and adjust staffing levels and resources as necessary to meet client needs and maintain service standards.
- Lead and supervise a team of floor staff and kitchen team on each event, providing guidance, on event training, and support.
- Interact with clients and guests throughout events, addressing concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all staff provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues during events, implementing quick and effective solutions.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Management role or similar.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A hands-on approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability.
- Hold a current Approved Managers Card.
- Valid Visa.
- Valid Driver’s License.
