Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Philanthropy Executive to join our dynamic team. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead strategic campaigns, cultivate impactful relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Major Individual Giving and Corporate portfolio.

- Lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns, including project plans, fundraising strategies, and donor journeys
- Collaborate with internal business units to create compelling campaign messaging that showcases the impact of Aspect's programs
- Research and identify new high-value partner opportunities aligned with Aspect's vision
- Cultivate warm and results-focused relationships with funders, with a focus on securing major gifts
- Collaborate closely with other areas within Aspect, including Education, Adult Services, Research, and Marketing, to secure high-quality individual partnership opportunities
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the relationship-building process
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Marketing/Communications, Philanthropy/Fundraising, Commerce, or a related field (desirable)
- 5+ years' experience in a major gift or capital campaigns role
- Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to develop compelling proposals, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate contracts
- Genuine passion for social change and the disability sector
- Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (NSW) upon job offer will be mandatory
