Senior Game Economy Designer

About The Role 🤔:As a Senior Economy Designer, you'll be responsible for designing and modeling game economies for our internal and partner games. Your task will be to make recommendations and create designs that result in highly engaging and monetisable products.This is a unique and challenging opportunity to broaden your understanding of the potential that video games have to offer their players, as well as develop your skills across different genres of games in the web3 space!You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:

• Develop comprehensive Game Economy proposals that balance player experience with monetisation potential
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate the limitations and risks associated with creating open economies for each product
• Create both high-level and detailed economic models to validate the game economies before implementation
• Own the economy working relationship with both internal stakeholders and external partner, helping them understand the rationale behind economic recommendations
• Oversee the entire economy design process for each project, proactively updating stakeholders on development progress and decisions

• Experience in designing complex game economies
• A deep understanding of audience motivations, enabling you to create targeted game systems and features that harness these motivations for positive outcomes
• Expertise in both macro and microeconomics, allowing you to understand economic actions the perspective of individuals as well as entire ecosystems
• Proficiency in modeling and projections, creating robust Game Economy models that predict the impact of game systems over the product lifecycle, assisting Product and Design in decision-making
• The ability to make data-informed decisions by consuming data and gathering insights to inform optimal solutions for a product's economy
• Strong collaboration skills with Game Design, ensuring effective communication and the creation of an economy that meets both player needs and product goals.
