Responsibilities:
As a Senior Functional Guidewire Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the implementation of Guidewire applications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Guidewire solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and configure Guidewire applications, including policy administration, claims management, and billing systems.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct thorough testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing. Identify and resolve defects promptly.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, business users, and technical teams. Manage expectations and provide regular updates.
- Assist in change management activities, including user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.
Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Guidewire (e.g., Guidewire Certified Professional) are highly desirable.
- Strong experience in Guidewire implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and their integration.
- Proven experience leading Guidewire projects, managing teams, and delivering successful outcomes.
