Base salary range of $119, 757 - $132,188 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Functional Consultant works within an agile team that delivers solutions using modern supported technologies and is responsible for planning, designing and overseeing the construction of applications and software systems through a sound understanding of functional design to meet business needs.
About You
You will be part of the Dynamics 365 team who enjoys maximising value to customers. You will have experience in the Field Services, Finance and Operation areas of Dynamics 365.
Through your experience and knowledge gained by working with MS Dynamics projects, you will;
- Work closely with clients to understand, analyse and document their business processes, challenges and objectives for system implementation.
- Conduct investigative work to gather requirements using various sources such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, user cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and user journeys to establish detailed knowledge of the current processes.
- Design functional specifications and documentation based on gathered requirements.
- Coordinate with senior systems analysts to determine the appropriate course of action in problem resolution, including the accurate assessment of identified issues to determine whether a technical or functional cause and/or resolution.
- Coordinate with the Technical Consultants and end users to design appropriate system modifications and technical solutions to support and resolve any identified system issues.
- Conduct review sessions and work with users/SMEs to incorporate new functionalities seamlessly.
- Work with agile methodologies to assist in the identification/creation of EPICS, Features and User Stories.
