ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will encounter a strong clientele base including high profile clients, requiring you to have incredible customer service skills and the utmost professionalism.
We offer a generous salary + a great commission system and incentives.
We have strong admin and front of house support. You will not be required to assist in this area.
Stunning work location, The Salon has an outdoor courtyard and is a minutes walk from Clovelly Beach.
This role is for a team player, someone wanting to grow, someone proactive who wants the best in life.
Full time – 38 hours per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide expert consultations and recommend appropriate treatments for all hair types plus services tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
Perform haircuts, colour services, treatments, and hair styling with precision and artistry.
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming salon environment for clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by actively listening, addressing concerns, and exceeding expectations.
Educate clients on proper at-home hair care routines and recommend suitable products.
Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a seamless client experience and a consistent brand image.
ABOUT YOU
Confident and experienced in all technical aspects of hairdressing (colour and cutting) with recent in-salon experience.
At least 2 years hairdressing experience as a Senior Hair Stylist on the floor managing clients.
Great communication skills with excellent English.
Proven ability to build and keep loyal clientele.
Passion for staying current with industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Hair Stylist.
Proven expertise in cutting, colouring, and styling hair.
A practical skills assessment will be carried out should you progress to the final stages of our recruitment process.
