Carlee Hair Design is a boutique, up market salon. We are a team of 5 talented and creative hairdressers that specialise in techniques with colour, balayage, mid-lights, foils and style cuts. We pride ourselves on keeping up with the most modern techniques, skills & trends and offer a high level of ongoing training & education to our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Who We Are Seeking
Whether you’re:
- a highly confident Senior Hairdresser with years of experience,
- a more newly qualified hairdresser,
- returning to the industry after a break,
- need extra skills training, or
- are a passionate 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice,
if you have a passion for hair, a friendly nature and love working as part of a creative team, then we would love to hear from you!
Pay Rate: $30 - $40+ per hour (permanent rate of pay) for a highly skilled & experienced Senior Hairdresser. Competitive wages can be offered for more newly qualified Hairdressers or those that require upskilling. Above Award wages are offered for Apprentices.
Plus, we offer a generous and easily achievable bonus structure.
Hours: Full time & Part time roles available.
- Work/life balance is paramount at our salon. We can offer flexibility in days/times of work including later starts/earlier finishes, school-based hours.
- The salon is closed Sundays and Mondays.
- Flexible employment arrangement.
Location: Anula NT (free all-day onsite parking & easily accessible by public transport).
