Debarge Hair has been operating for over 21 years. We have recently renovated our large salon space with a beautiful, modern and fresh feel. You’ll receive an outstanding level of ongoing education and training; our Salon Director, Paul, is an Award-winning Hairdresser who has been in the industry for 3 decades. And you’ll be working with an established and talented team of 10 where every person is treated as an individual and is supported in their career.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Hours: Full time & Part time options available

• Our salon operates Monday – Saturday and with such a large team, we can provide flexibility in working days & hours to suit your lifestyle.
• Flexible employment arrangement.

Remuneration: $35 - $40 per hour for highly confident and experienced Senior Hairdressers. Competitive pay rates can be negotiated for more newly qualified hairdressers or those that need upskilling. + Generous commission structure.

Location: 282 Stephensons Rd, Mount Waverley VIC (free designated parking spots onsite for all of our staff + plenty of public transport options).

• Along with complimentary hair services and cost price products, we also give our staff 20% discount on beauty services including lash extensions, brows, laser hair removal, electrolysis and skin services.
• Receive a proper break over the holidays with 2 weeks off over the Christmas/New Year period.
• Never worry about parking again; you’ll be given your own onsite parking space.
• For Qualified Hairdressers currently in Victoria, we can provide sponsorship opportunities.
