Boost Design is an engineering design consultancy specialising in the development of electronic products across every vertical from concept through prototyping and into production. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join our talented development team.

Responsibilities
- Work with the department heads, project managers, and team members to bring new products from concept to life
- Conceptual, architectural, schematic design and PCB Layout of Electronic solutions in collaboration with stakeholders to meet project requirements
- Work closely with other team members and clients from concept, through prototype and into production
- Reviewing and mentoring the work of other engineers to ensure it meets our quality and functionality objectives
- Assist in the preparation of documentation including requirements, risk analysis, verification test plans and project reports
- Provide technical support to other engineers, including developing, reviewing, updating, and approving electrical designs and work schedules
- Support a culture of ownership and efficiency within the team
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Hardware engineering or a related field of engineering
- At least 10 years of practical experience designing electronic solutions to meet project requirements in a senior capacity
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, including a demonstrated ability to rapidly take up new technologies and incorporate them into your designs
- Ability to work within assigned budgets and timelines
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Practical experience with Altium Designer software
- An enthusiasm to learn and to continuously develop your skills across a broad range of electronic technologies
- Experience in Medical, IoT, Bluetooth, RF technologies and R&D will be highly regarded
- Experience across other disciplines such as Mechanical, Firmware and Software will be highly regarded
