In this 12 month Fixed Term contract as the Senior Health & Wellbeing Lead – you will be accountable for strategy and delivery of onsite wellness coordinator services, Health and Wellbeing team ways of working with International and Corporate Portfolio sales teams, developing Health and Wellbeing tender propositions and working with other internal business functions to deliver content. 

In this role you will effectively operationalise conceptual thinking through to execution & strengthen Bupa’s thought leadership credentials and drive growth through our health proposition. This role will also support driving strategy and performance within the partnership team across people, customer, financial, risk management, quality and operational KPIs. 

The role is also responsible as the SME in working with complex, high value brokered corporate clients and strategic international clients to consult on Health and Wellbeing strategies and support for their delivery to support Bupa’s health care partner proposition, deliver to revenue targets and support portfolio growth in ICP.

How will I help? 

  • Development and delivery of strategy for the onsite wellness coordinator services to clients and regularly review performance of services including opportunities, risk, and obstacles 
  • Lead the development of strategic tenders Health and Wellbeing proposition for Corporate and International 
  • Lead and maintain the operational ways of working between Health and Wellbeing team, clients and ICP sales team 
  • Develop Health and Wellbeing strategies for brokers and brokered clients that are evidence based, align to client needs and deliver insights 
  • Develop strategies and tools to drive growth and connections with corporate clients through Health and Wellbeing program offerings 
  • Regularly seek feedback from stakeholders on wellness services and ensure prompt and effective resolution of concerns relating to internal stakeholder, customer, or client issues 
  • OPEX accountability for onsite wellness coordinators and revenue accountability for brokered client’s portfolio through assessment of strategic investment against an operating plan budget that aligns to the delivery of the strategic objectives 
  • Lead a high performing team and drive accountability by setting expectations and ambitious goals, providing coaching and guidance to develop your people to deliver against goals and expectations

What do I need? 

  • Tertiary qualified or equivalent market experience in Health, Business, Human Resources, Workplace Health and Safety or related fields 
  • 5+ years of experience in Health/Service-related industry; developing B2B strategy, business plans and execution of strategy through others 
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders while managing strategic business plans to meet client needs and to achieve sales targets 
  • Proven strategic management with capability to lead complex portfolio of large strategic initiatives; navigate and work closely with strategic employees within large client organisations to determine present and future needs 
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to exceed targets, provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships, influence across a complex matrix environment and work in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Strong insights to the Corporate Health and/or International Education sector 
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management, including cross functional stakeholder collaboration to deliver customer outcomes through effective planning and organisation 
  • An ability to synthesise disparate data points and insights into coherent business cases, program and value propositions
