About the Role

Due to exciting business growth, we have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Home Care Worker! This role involves working closely with the Client Services Manager to ensure continuity of service to consumers. Responsibilities include providing personal, physical, and emotional care and support to elderly clients in need. The Senior Home Care Worker will also be responsible for travelling across regions to meet consumer needs, support the orientation of new staff, and completing administrative tasks.

In this role, you will be instrumental in our organisation, collaborating with a diverse group of individuals and demonstrating a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include providing coverage for unplanned Home Care Worker leave, travelling across regions, support the onboarding of Home Care Workers and students, as well as the completion of allocated administration tasks under the supervision of the Client Services Manager. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and capable of working autonomously. Previous experience in Home Care is essential, along with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
