COMPANYThis represents an opportunity with an outstanding mortgage broker based in Brisbane CBD who are going through a period of growth and expansion. This broker is led by innovative and driven directors who have extensive experience and contacts within the industry. This broker is proud of the efficient and ethical manner in which they service their high quality client base.POSITIONDue to growth, the position of Senior Home Lending Manager has been created.The role responsibilities will include and not limited to:

• Loan structuring and submission to lenders
• Analyse supporting loan documentation to ensure all information required has been received and checked for compliance and fraud
• Complete applications end to end
• Post-settlement tasks such as updating client information and database
• Communicating with lenders, solicitors, real-estate agents etc. to ensure deadlines are met
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to gather information, retrieve documentation and process applications from the initial document preparation through to settlement

CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• High level of experience as a residential lender / broker
• Member of MFAA
• Proven ability to write $50m + annually
• Various residential lender accreditations
• Excellent communication skills + exception phone manner
• Experience writing commercial loans
